This course is designed to allow you to create
a solid foundation and expand the inner resources available to you
to creatively surf the waves of our experiences and support physical and
mental well-being.

It is firmly grounded in the principles of
John Kabat Zinn's 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme,
is trauma-informed and incorporates various other approaches that support self-care, the body-mind's natural tendency toward balance, wholeness and healing, creative inner work, stress-reduction and nervous system regulation.

The course is highly interactive, experiential and rich.
It comprises 10 weekly sessions that build on each other,
pair-, group- and homework.
Each week will be dedicated to exploring a different element of our experience of what it means to be human - particularly in the context of challenging conditions - drawing on both mindfulness and somatic movement practices for tapping into the resource of our body’s natural intelligence.

Suitable for anyone.
