This course is a blend of Jon Kabat Zinn's highly successful 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program, mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), body-mind integration and conscious embodiment practices.
It will provide you with a solid experiential and conceptual understanding of the fundamentals of conscious embodiment and mindfulness – the foundations for living a more connected and fulfilling life.
This course is for those who:
Are completely new to mindfulness and conscious embodiment
Have some experience of either/both and want a refresher
Seek ways to bring more calm & confidence into their lives
Struggle with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, low mood and other challenges
Would like to explore different ways of being and resourcing themselves
Wish to gain a basic understanding of body-mind integration and mindfulness
The course is highly experiential and participants are encouraged to practice what they have learned in-between sessions to effectively embed that learning in their day-to-day lives.
