The challenges many of us are currently facing at the personal and collective level call for a radical reimagining of how we inhabit ourselves and meet our lives.

​Conscious embodiment and mindfulness offer doorways into ways of being in the world that

  • ​Are deeply nourishing, grounding, healing and resourcing

  • Acknowledge the wisdom of the heart, body and soul

  • Allow us to tap into our full creative potential

  • Encourage living our lives guided by a vibrant connection with our deepest self, wisdom and knowing

 

​This course is a blend of Jon Kabat Zinn's highly successful 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program, mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), body-mind integration and conscious embodiment practices.

It will provide you with a solid experiential and conceptual understanding of the fundamentals of conscious embodiment and mindfulness – the foundations for living a more connected and fulfilling life.

​This course is for those who:​

  • Are completely new to mindfulness and conscious embodiment

  • Have some experience of either/both and want a refresher

  • Seek ways to bring more calm & confidence into their lives

  • Struggle with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, low mood and other challenges

  • Would like to explore different ways of being and resourcing themselves

  • Wish to gain a basic understanding of body-mind integration and mindfulness

 

The course is highly experiential and participants are encouraged to practice what they have learned in-between sessions to effectively embed that learning in their day-to-day lives.
