TENDING THE CALL
Connecting with the centre of our knowing
4 - 6 February 2022
10:00 – 17:00 GMT
“If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you.
If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.” ― Gospel of Thomas
The incredible speed and busyness of modern life make it easy for us to lose contact with our deepest self and the body's quiet voice within - the voice that guides us like a steady compass across the inner and outer landscapes of our lives.
Being in touch with that quiet inner voice and aligned with what is calling to us at the deepest level of our being is crucial to our ability to navigate meaningfully through our lives and to our sense of purpose and direction.
This workshop is designed to provide space and time for reconnecting with the body’s quiet voice and knowing about how it is with us and what to do about it.
This workshop is for those who want to:
Make time for coming home to themselves
Connect with the body’s knowing about their journey so far, the journey ahead, course of action, direction or calling
Deepen or reaffirm their current sense of purpose and direction
Re-vision their lives
Seek renewal and fresh meaning
This workshop will offer a safe and supportive space for embarking on a journey of re/connection and exploration of that inner voice and calling. This journeying will be supported by a range of practices and approaches, including somatic movement, improvisation, metaphor, creative expression, deep imagery, ritual and dialogue.
This workshop is open to everyone and will be limited to a small group size to allow for a rich and meaningful journey.
