And to make an end is to make a beginning.
The end is where we start from.”

This course is a beginners course for creating
a solid foundation and expanding the inner resources available to us
to creatively surf the waves of our experiences, deepen physical and mental well-being and our capacity for joy, richness, connection and meaning in our lives.

It is firmly grounded in the principles of
John Kabat Zinn's 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme,
is trauma-informed and incorporates various other approaches that support body-mind integration, the development of embodied presence and nervous system regulation.

The course is highly interactive, experiential and rich.
It comprises 10 weekly sessions that build on each other,
pair-, group- and homework.
Each week will be dedicated to exploring a different element of our experience of what it means to be human, drawing on both mindfulness and somatic movement practices for tapping into the resource of our body’s natural intelligence.

Suitable for anyone ages 16 to 105.
