Conscious embodiment and mindfulness

for thriving in the 21st century

11 March - 28 April
8-week course,
Thursdays, 18:30 – 21:00 GMT

The challenges we are currently encountering at the collective and personal

level call for a radical reimagining of how we inhabit ourselves and meet our lives.

Conscious embodiment and mindfulness offer a doorway into ways of being in

the world that

- are deeply resourcing

- acknowledge the wisdom of the heart, body and soul, and

- allow us to tap into our full creative potential and live in closer alignment with

what is truly important to us.

This eight-week course is a synthesis of mindfulness (MBSR) and conscious embodiment practices - practices that invite us to fully inhabit our soma, which encompasses the dimensions of mind, body, spirit and soul. It will offer an experiential introduction to living our lives guided by a different way of being and knowing.

This course is for those who:

  • Are completely new to mindfulness and conscious embodiment

  • Have some experience of either/both but want a refresher or to go deeper

  • Are keen to explore different ways of being

  • Wish to gain a basic understanding of body-mind integration

The course is predominantly experiential and participants are encouraged to engage in regular practice between course sessions to get the most out of it.
