Deep Mind & Body Reset

This short workshop will do exactly as ‘it say’s on the box’ – that is, using somatic movement, awareness and mindfulness practices, we  will not only allow the body to rest deeply, but also the mind. This will support a bodymind ‘reset’ – a chance to restore balance, re-energise and de-stress – through a state of deep rest.


For anyone curious about or in need of deep rest.

No previous experience required – all welcome
