Widening Circles

Fostering Connection, Belonging &
Nourishing Heart, Body and Soul

Gatherings for coming home to the Ground of Being
nourishing heart, body & Soul

10am - 5pm
Steiner Academy Hereford

"The three centers of awareness - heart, body & soul -

need to be in dialogue in order for you to think and be.”

Cynthia Bourgeault

Within this rich, wide and marvelous world of opposites, inner and outer, there is also a still point of connection, deep resource, rest and belonging.

This space, as always, is refugio and chapel to hold the heart, mind, soul, body and child spirit. There will be no political rant here. Just being with. Being together. Rocking each other, finding in each Greater, holding the Center, Mending the Center…. From Clarrisa's FB pate

These Sunday sessions are an opportunity to come home to ourselves, to ground in the body and imagination, and to resource and connect with our heart, body and soul through movement, improvisation, dialogue, embodied imagination and creative expression.

They are designed to provide a container for stepping into dialogue with these deeper and central elements of our Selves, for opening to their wisdom, knowledge and guidance; for tending to what's unfolding, needs release, nourishment and attention.

Each session will be centred around an invitation to connect with what’s alive in us and seeks expression in this moment or time in our lives.

Each session will furthermore allow time for grounding in the body, weaving a safe and supportive space, movement exploration, creative inner work, journaling/drawing, dialoguing, reflection and integration.

Open to everyone, no experience required.

Booking required and please note that

booking closes 3 days before the event
