WHAT TO BRING

All of the sessions, courses and workshops offered here are essentially about practising self-care. Hence, bear that in mind when you prepare and always bring the following and anything else you may need to feel safe, comfortable and warm:

WATER - Always bring plenty of water or a thermos with a hot drink

 

FOOD - Any snacks or food you may need

 

WARMTH - Anything in the form of blankets and warm clothing & layers that you will need to stay warm

 

COMFORT - Please bring any cushions, mediation cushions / benches or mats etc that you will need to be comfortable

WHAT TO WEAR

For all classes and courses, please always wear loose and comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement in any way. Please also bear in mind the need to stay warm and consider wearing layered clothing for movement sessions, and to bring extra layers and blankets etc. for meditation sessions as the body can cool quickly when sitting still for extended periods of time regardless of ambient temperature.
