Bookings and Cancellation Policy
Event bookings can be made:
Online via Eventbrite. This secures your place immediately.
By dropping me a message with a request to make a booking.
Booking confirmations will automatically be sent via e-mail for Eventbrite bookings or within 3 days where bookings are arranged directly with me.
Some of the Eventbrite booking confirmations contain all of the relevant information on e.g. what to bring and, for online events, any Zoom joining links.
For day-long, weekend and longer workshops/events, you will also be emailed approximately 7-14 days prior to the event with more information including a list of what to bring with you. If you have not heard from me 7 days prior to the event, please check your spam/junk folder and then do contact me.
Details of classes and workshops/events contained on the website may be subject to change without notice.
Payments can be made through Eventbrite or by bank transfer.

Minimum participant numbers
All events – online and in-person – have a minimum participant requirement in order to run. If the minimum participant number for an event has not been met, the event may be cancelled. If so, you will be given adequate notice and a full refund of your event fee/donation.
For drop-in sessions, this notice period is 12 hours prior to the session start.
For day-long, two-day and longer events, this notice period is a minimum of three days prior to the event. Please don’t hesitate to contact me further in advance of the event to confirm its status.
a) Cancellation by you:
Payments for events are generally non-refundable if less than 4 weeks notice is given
b) Cancellation by me:
In the event I need to cancel an event I will give as much notice as possible and will refund the full event fee/donation
Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for any other/3rd party costs or expenses you may have incurred in relation to the original booking.
