Bones – holders of the sacred dream

A day for gathering in community and focusing inwards, listening and moving with the song in our souls, giving expression to the sacred dream held and nourished in the depth of our bones ready to reveal itself.

A day dedicated to deepening and reconnecting with the ground of our being – body, breath, bones – through practices drawn from integrative bodywork and authentic movement, to rejuvenate, integrate, inspire and reconnect deeply with the wellspring of our being and inherent creativity.

Integrative bodywork is an umbrella term for approaches aimed at enhancing body-mind integration through movement and body awareness. Authentic Movement is a subtle, yet very powerful expressive improvisational movement practice rooted in Jungian depth psychology that invites a descent into the inner world of our psyche through natural movement.

Suitable for everyone – no previous experience required

*Early bird £35 (book before Jan 4th), thereafter £45
