A somatic movement inquiry into change and transformation
Life is change.
Change can be gentle, gradual, imperceptible as well as sudden, violent and disruptive in something arises when we are very familiar with the ‘something’ to the point that we utterly trust it, intimately know it and know that we can depend on it.
In the modern world, most of us no longer know our body and its vibrant aliveness – our soma – as a part of ourselves that inspires confidence, has wisdom and knowledge, or as the flesh and bone that constitutes the very ground of our being.
Using practices drawn from integrative bodywork, this daylong immersion will allow you to start developing and deepen into a fuller sense of, familiarity with and confidence in the body as the ground of your being and as a resource, support and place of knowing that is always available to us.
Explorative, light-hearted, dynamic & fun
Suitable for everyone – no previous experience required
